Clear terms for a simple service.

These terms govern your use of Bifro Check, a service operated by Bifro Tech Inc. By creating a workspace or purchasing a plan, you agree to them on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

The service

Bifro Check periodically requests campaign URLs, follows redirects, checks destination reachability, and compares submitted query parameters with the final URL. It is an early-warning monitoring service—not insurance, an advertising platform, an analytics system, or a guarantee that a campaign will convert.

Your responsibilities

You must have authority to monitor the URLs you submit, provide accurate account and billing information, keep sign-in links secure, and use the service lawfully. Do not submit credentials, private-network addresses, malicious URLs, personal data in query parameters, or content you are not authorized to process.

Plans and billing

Plans are billed monthly in Canadian dollars through Stripe and differ by active-link and recipient capacity. The monitoring cadence is the same across paid plans. You may manage or cancel through the Stripe customer portal. Taxes may apply. Except where law requires otherwise, fees already charged are non-refundable.

Alerts and availability

Network conditions, destination blocking, email delivery, maintenance, and third-party outages can delay or prevent checks and alerts. You remain responsible for campaign review, spend controls, and business decisions. We may apply reasonable limits, pause abusive checks, or suspend the service to protect customers and infrastructure.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bifro Check is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Bifro Tech Inc. is not liable for ad spend, lost attribution, lost profit, lost data, or indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the fees you paid for Bifro Check during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms prospectively and will post the effective date. You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, abuse, non-payment, legal requirements, or security risk.

Governing law and contact
