Bifro Check is operated by Bifro Tech Inc. This policy explains the information we handle when you test or monitor campaign links.

What we collect

For a public test, we process the URL you submit, including its query parameters, to follow redirects and compare submitted parameter names and values at the destination. We temporarily retain the submitted URL in a private handoff record so you can add it after signing in. Public abuse controls store keyed hashes of the URL, domain, and network address—not the raw network address.

For a paid workspace, we store your email address, workspace and client names, exact monitored URLs, live dates, check evidence, incident history, alert recipients, subscription identifiers, and operational records needed to run the service. Exact monitored URLs may contain campaign parameter values, so only add URLs you are authorized to monitor.

What the checker does—and does not do

Checks request the submitted destination, follow redirects, test whether the page is reachable, and compare the submitted query parameters with the final URL. Bifro Check does not verify pixels, analytics events, form submissions, conversions, revenue attribution, or ad-platform delivery.

Why we use the information

We use it to authenticate you, provide link monitoring and alerts, prevent abuse, process subscriptions, diagnose failures, secure the service, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers and location

We use infrastructure and service providers such as Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, Resend, and Sentry. Their processing may occur outside Canada. We disclose only the information each provider needs for its role and configure error reporting to remove request bodies, cookies, authorization headers, and URL query strings.

Retention and your choices

We retain account, billing, monitoring, and security records only as long as reasonably needed for the service, legal obligations, dispute handling, and fraud prevention. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing info@bifro.ca. Some records may be retained where required by law or legitimate security and accounting needs.
